Sales Representative – Propane Solutions (Territory: Arcadia, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda) Seasoned sales reps will likely make 80-100k or more in the first year. Salary base would likely be 55-65k, everything else is earned in commission and bonus.

An established provider of commercial fuel solutions, operating across Central Florida, is seeking a results-driven Propane Sales Representative to expand its market presence in Central Florida. With operations spanning multiple sectors including agriculture, industrial, hospitality/retail, and government, this company is known for delivering high-quality energy solutions tailored to the needs of a diverse customer base.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional with a strong background in building customer relationships and generating new business in the propane industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Aggressively prospect and acquire new business while retaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Prepare and present tailored sales proposals to prospective clients across various industries.
• Interpret blueprints and understand technical aspects related to pipe sizing and appliance sales.
• Assist in securing required permits by coordinating with appropriate governmental agencies.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients, maintaining a high standard of service and responsiveness.
• Apply working knowledge of industry codes, including NFPA 54 (National Fuel Gas Code) and NFPA 58 (Liquefied Petroleum Gas Storage and Handling).
• Embody and promote the company's core values, mission, and vision in all client and team interactions.

• Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience in the propane or energy sector.
