We are hiring a "Project Manager" for Construction Industry
RESPONSABILITIES:
· Oversee all phases of the construction process, making sure the project is completed on time and within scope and budget. Works closely with the Owner Representative and the Designer to align all efforts for the project benefit.
· Supervise the Project Engineers and Superintendents to make sure the daily work is within the safety requirements, quality expected, on schedule, and on budget.
· Produce the reports for Company Management.
· Maintains the project schedule on Primavera or Microsoft Project.
· Coordinate and supervise with Subcontractors and Suppliers ensuring their work is conducted with safety, quality, and on schedule.
WORK SCHEDULE:
· Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
· Salary: $4k-$6k per month
· Benefits: sick leave, vacation days, health insurance, Christmas bonus.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, & EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering.
· Excellent communication (Spanish and English).
· Interpersonal and team working skills.
· Self-starter and dynamic.
· Result oriented.
· Bilingual: Spanish and English.
· Job Type: Full-time
· Experience: construction: 5 years (Preferred)
