Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction management, architectural design, and code compliance. You will manage all project phases from evaluation, estimating, and scheduling through budget management, design oversight, construction, and closeout. You will coordinate contractors, interface with customers, collaborate with Facilities Maintenance and Operations teams, managing multiple large and small projects simultaneously while supporting capital and expense budget development.

Responsibilities:
Oversee construction management, architectural design, and code compliance.
Coordinate contractor work and interface with customers to meet program requirements.
Manage all phases of project management: evaluation, estimating, scheduling, budget management, design oversight, construction management, and project closeout.
Drive value engineering, process efficiencies, and cost improvements.
Utilize business operating systems for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with responsibility
for both large and small projects.
Collaborate closely with Facilities Maintenance and Operations teams.
Support the development of capital and expense budgets.
Travel up to 30% as needed.
Qualifications: Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Experience in architectural, electrical, and HVAC systems design and project execution.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, and Estimating software.
Knowledge of OSHA, ADA, NFPA, NEC, EPA, and local Building Code regulations.
Experience with engineering blueprints, process specifications, and building layouts.
Familiarity with Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build projects.
Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years of related experience or Graduate Degree with 4 years of related experience.
Ability to obtain a US security clearance.
