Project Manager – Commercial Construction
Location: Orlando, FL (32807) – Primarily in-office with site visits as needed
Salary: $100,000 – $125,000

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join a growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative environment. We’re looking for candidates with diverse project experience, including interior renovations, tenant build-outs, and ground-up construction across multiple commercial sectors.

What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager, you will lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts; monitor financial performance and profitability
Review contracts, drawings, and specifications; manage RFIs, submittals, and procurement processes
Coordinate with preconstruction teams, design partners, owners, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and execution
Lead project meetings (OAC and coordination meetings) and manage change orders through approval
Oversee field operations including safety, quality control, and subcontractor performance
Drive project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, as-builts, and final billing
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business
What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7–10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor
Proven experience managing projects across multiple sectors (e.g., office, retail, education, healthcare)
Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, cost control, and contract management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with tools such as Trimble ProjectSight, Bluebeam, Primavera, or similar preferred
OSHA 10 certification required (OSHA 30 preferred)
Ability to pass Jessica Lunsford Act background check
