We are seeking a Bilingual (Mandarin) Project Manager / Project Engineer to lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong mechanical engineering foundation who has transitioned into project management and thrives on driving projects from concept through production.

You will play a key role in coordinating teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring high-quality product delivery—on time and within budget—while supporting scalable and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead project coordination and execution from initiation through completion
Analyze and optimize processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for seamless project delivery
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
Track project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs through structured processes
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project impact
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering
3+ years of project management experience
Bilingual in Mandarin (required)
Strong understanding of product development and manufacturing processes
Experience collaborating with engineering, operations, and production teams
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications
Background as a practicing engineer prior to moving into project management
Experience working in manufacturing or production environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
