Immediate need for a Project Manager with a growing Engineering company within the Food Industry,

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to lead projects from kickoff through completion in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You’ll Do:
Review final sales quotes, project cost estimates, customer purchase orders, and specifications to identify commercial and technical considerations
Partner with sales teams to resolve issues and support customer negotiations
Set up and manage sales orders and projects within SAP
Lead project kickoff meetings and communicate clear, organized meeting notes
Drive project timelines using SAP and Microsoft Project to ensure on-time delivery
Procure specialized machinery and controls from external vendors, negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions
Issue purchase requisitions and ensure timely processing of purchase orders
Track project progress through engineering, manufacturing, testing, and shipment stages
Collaborate with vendors and conduct site visits as needed to ensure quality and timelines
Provide regular project updates in meetings and maintain accurate reporting in SAP
Support field service teams during installation and startup phases
Manage scope, specifications, and schedule changes after project handoff from sales
Monitor project costs and analyze performance to drive continuous improvement
Lead project closeout reviews to evaluate results and identify opportunities for future success
Coordinate with customers and field service teams to manage punch lists and warranty support
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the food industry
Strong technical understanding of equipment assembly, system layouts, and electrical drawings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Microsoft Project, SAP, CRM systems, and AutoCAD Viewer
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel 10–20% as needed
