We are seeking a motivated Project Manager with a strong engineering background to lead cross-functional projects from concept through execution. This role is ideal for someone who started as a Mechanical Engineer and transitioned into project leadership, with experience managing product development and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution
Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
Develop detailed project plans and track progress throughout the project lifecycle
Define project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility with stakeholders
Manage project resources and ensure proper allocation
Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and reporting methods
Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Maintain project documentation and provide updates to leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
3+ years of mechanical engineering experience
3+ years of project management experience
Strong understanding of product development and manufacturing processes
Experience working with operations, manufacturing, and engineering teams
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
