Project Manager

Position Overview
An established construction organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in multi-family or similar residential construction projects. This individual will oversee projects from pre-construction through final closeout, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage residential construction projects from planning through completion
• Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and timelines
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient execution
• Review and manage contracts, change orders, and scope adjustments
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Identify and proactively address project risks, delays, and cost challenges
• Provide detailed progress updates to internal teams and clients
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and project specifications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Manage project closeout processes, including inspections, punch lists, and final documentation

Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably within multi-family or comparable residential environments
• Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and industry standards
• Experience with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred but not required
