Job Title: Project Manager – Global Social & Community Impact (Contract)

Contract Duration: 6–12 months, possible extension
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the global implementation of a Social & Community Impact strategy and new operating model. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused contract role responsible for translating strategy into action, aligning initiatives across regions, and driving adoption of platforms and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project planning and execution, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
Coordinate cross-functional global teams (HR, Communications, Legal, Finance, IT, Business).
Support rollout of governance, workflows, and reporting for social impact programs.
Track adoption, metrics, and progress, escalating risks or issues as needed.
Partner with communications to support change management, training, and global engagement initiatives.
Manage platform adoption (e.g., Benevity) across regions and provide administrator support.
Maintain dashboards, executive updates, and documentation to ensure sustainability post-contract.
Qualifications:
6–10+ years in project or program management, ideally in global, matrixed organizations.
Experience in enterprise strategy execution, operating model changes, or transformations.
Strong cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Comfortable working across regions, time zones, and cultures.
Familiarity with CSR, ESG, employee engagement, or social impact initiatives preferred.
Experience with platform rollouts (Benevity or similar) strongly preferred.
Success in First 100 Days:
Develop a strong project plan, identify key stakeholders, and begin executing the global strategy with clear milestones and alignment.
