We are partnered with a highly respected and established General Contractor in Jacksonville seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead several upcoming luxury construction projects, including three high-end penthouse suites valued at $150–$200 million. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven PM to join a stable, reputable company with a strong pipeline of exclusive, high-visibility work.
About the Role
The Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury or high-end construction, preferably in the commercial space, though highly qualified residential PMs with luxury experience will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily construction operations and oversee project lifecycle from planning to completion
Manage budgets, cost controls, forecasts, and financial reporting
Maintain strict adherence to schedules, milestones, and deadlines
Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and ownership
Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Prepare and review project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Mitigate project risks and proactively resolve issues
What We’re Looking For
Luxury construction experience required (commercial preferred)
Will consider strong candidates from high-end residential backgrounds
Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects
Strong financial acumen — must excel at keeping projects on budget
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively
Proficiency with construction management software a plus
