A local client is looking to hire a Project Manager to support their Customer Experience. This role would lead complex, specification-driven projects from concept through delivery. This role serves as a vital link between customers, sales, engineering, and operations. Some of the responsibilities include the following but not limited to: 
Key Responsibilities
-Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects from initial inquiry through final fulfillment.
-Facilitate pre-deal technical consultations to help customers and sales reps define needs and identify optimal solutions.
-Coordinate with Applications Engineering to route requests for lighting layouts, wiring diagrams, and technical submittals.
-Translate customer requirements into actionable production and order details.
-Manage project timelines, communicate updates, and proactively identify risks to delivery schedules.
-Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Engineering to ensure deliverables meet customer specifications.
-Maintain organized documentation including correspondence, milestones, and approvals.
-Provide feedback to Sales and Product teams on field trends, challenges, and opportunities.
-Support post-installation troubleshooting by coordinating internal technical resources.
Qualifications
-3–5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in lighting, construction, or manufacturing.
-Familiarity with low-voltage or architectural lighting systems is a strong plus.
-Excellent communication and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and project management tools.
-Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
