Location: On-Site | San Antonio, TX
Pay: $45–$50/hour
Schedule: Full-time | Varies by project | Some weekends required

We’re looking for a self-driven, tech-savvy Project Manager who thrives in active jobsite environments. If you’re passionate about safety, precision, and project execution, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee on-site installation and project administration of fire, security, CCTV, and access systems
Collaborate with sales and engineering to align documentation and scheduling
Supervise site visits, RFI logs, safety compliance, and change orders
Maintain detailed project logs and manpower forecasts
Provide in-house estimates and proposals for new/existing clients
What We’re Looking For:
Commercial Security experience is a must
Background in fire alarm systems, construction, or low-voltage installation
Skilled in project management, troubleshooting, and jobsite coordination
Familiar with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word
Able to lift 50 lbs., navigate worksites, and wear full PPE (provided)
Certifications like NICET, PMP, EST3, or State Security/Fire Licenses are a plus
Must have valid driver’s license, pass background check & drug test
High school diploma or Associate’s degree required
