Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives across the financial technology space, with a strong emphasis on SWIFT payment systems, application testing, and product lifecycle management. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery tools, along with the ability to manage complex problems and drive results across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.

Oversee the implementation, testing, and optimization of SWIFT MT and wire transfer functionalities.

Manage project requirements and backlogs using Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, evaluate solutions, and align with business objectives.

Facilitate product lifecycle management from concept to deployment and ongoing optimization.

Conduct application testing and quality assurance to ensure compliance and performance.

Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects using exceptional time management skills.

Utilize MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for project documentation, reporting, and presentations.

Solve complex problems through structured analysis and collaboration with internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

Hands-on experience with SWIFT messaging (SWIFT MT) and wire transfer systems.

Proficiency in Agile Project Management tools, especially JIRA and Confluence.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on evaluation and process improvement.

Experience in application testing and product lifecycle management.

Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Exceptional time management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing programs or portfolios in the financial services or fintech industry.

Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk frameworks for payment systems.

Background in working within cross-functional Agile teams.
