Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, project leadership, and client management skills to ensure successful outcomes on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all phases of civil engineering projects from concept through completion.

Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and internal teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and risk mitigation plans.

Supervise engineering design teams and review technical plans, reports, and specifications.

Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, regulations, and standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction.

Coordinate with permitting agencies and attend public or client meetings as required.

Monitor project performance and implement improvements for quality and efficiency.

Mentor junior staff and support their professional growth.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).

Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain within 6 months.

5+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering project management.

Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.

Strong understanding of design standards, permitting processes, and construction practices.

Skills & Attributes:
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, and other project management tools.

Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused solutions.
