Project & Facilities Coordinator (Construction Experience Required)
Pay Range: $75,000 – $85,000 annually (DOE)
Employment Type: Direct Hire (Placed by AppleOne – on client company payroll)
AppleOne is partnering with a client to hire a Project & Facilities Coordinator for a direct-hire opportunity. This is a permanent role with placement directly onto the company’s payroll.
The Project & Facilities Coordinator supports construction and facilities projects by coordinating schedules, communication, and documentation. This role works closely with project managers, service technicians, and customers to help ensure projects stay on track and service expectations are met.
Responsibilities
Coordinate multiple active construction and facilities projects
Schedule service technicians and manage daily workflows
Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding project status
Process, track, and close work orders accurately and on time
Prepare and manage quotes, bids, approvals, and NTE requests
Update internal systems within required timeframes
Receive and log materials, parts, and deliveries
Participate in job walks and after-hours or overnight coverage as needed
Qualifications
Previous construction experience required
3+ years of experience coordinating projects and schedules
3+ years of customer communication or liaison experience
Experience with work orders, quotes, approvals, and documentation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Flexibility to support after-hours needs when required
