Seeking a Procurement Engineer to join a solid, dynamic company that is growing faster than it can keep up. This high-impact role embeds a dedicated procurement professional directly within the project team, serving as the single point of contact for all supply chain and procurement activities. The Procurement Engineer partners closely with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution, tight cost control, and timely delivery of equipment, materials, and services. This position manages procurement logs, budgets, buyouts, purchase orders, subcontracts, invoices, and change orders while actively negotiating with vendors to secure competitive pricing and availability. The role also supports jobsite setup, equipment rentals, logistics coordination, and resolution of supplier or payment issues throughout the life of the project. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are critical, as this position maintains constant visibility into project needs and potential risks. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of related experience, working knowledge of HVAC equipment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site project environment.
