We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Engineer with construction experience to join our growing team. HVAC experience is strongly preferred. This role will support project managers in coordinating all phases of construction projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from start to finish
Support project managers with scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and reporting
Review project drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and field teams
Track project progress and help resolve issues to keep projects on schedule
Prepare RFIs, change orders, purchase orders, and project logs
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of construction project engineering experience required
HVAC construction experience preferred
Strong understanding of construction processes, blueprints, and specifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software is a plus
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
