We have an immediate need for a Project Director to join our team. The Project Director will lead the full lifecycle of custom hotel casegoods projects, managing everything from initial bid through final delivery. Overseeing a team of 4–5 Project Managers, this role ensures schedules, resources, and expectations are clearly defined and met. Acting as the primary contact for clients and sales reps, the Project Director provides regular updates, aligns project deliverables with design intent, and drives strong client relationships. This position works closely with engineering, production, procurement, and logistics to keep manufacturing and supply chain activities on track, while also managing budgets, change orders, and contract compliance to maintain profitability. The Project Director is responsible for quality assurance, conducting site visits, reviewing shop drawings, and resolving any field issues promptly. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, 6+ years of project management experience in hospitality FF&E (ideally casegoods manufacturing), strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with project management tools. Domestic travel and experience with value engineering or overseas manufacturing are preferred.
