We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our team in a fully remote capacity (MUST RESIDE IN CA). The ideal candidate brings prior experience in an administrative role, with a strong emphasis on planning, calendar coordination, and schedule management. This role requires advanced computer proficiency, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs, Adobe tools, and platforms such as Airtable and Canva. Experience facilitating virtual meetings, trainings, and events using Zoom and Microsoft Teams is essential, while experience managing large-scale events is a strong plus. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment, while also possessing strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail are critical, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. We are looking for someone who is flexible, resourceful, and capable of producing high-quality work across multiple projects simultaneously. Comfort working within diverse communities is essential, along with a demonstrated commitment to cultural and linguistic competence and the ability to effectively promote services and resources to varied audiences. Experience with data collection systems is a plus.
