Job Title: Project Coordinator
Contract Duration: 1 Year (through April 2027)
Pay Rate: $25.67 – $29.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Work Environment:
This is a work-from-home (WFH) position; however, candidates must be local to Orlando, FL and available to work on-site as needed (approximately 2 consecutive days per month).

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to support a cross-functional project management team within a global operations environment. In this role, you will partner closely with Project Managers to help drive successful project delivery by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and facilitating communication across stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
-Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and task tracking
-Coordinate day-to-day project activities, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
-Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and materials
-Act as a central point of contact to ensure clear communication and alignment across cross-functional teams
-Assist with task delegation and follow up to ensure deadlines are met
-Prepare and distribute project status reports, identifying risks, issues, and variances
-Maintain data accuracy within project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project)
-Identify process gaps and help develop standardized templates and best practices
-Contribute to the creation and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
-Support Agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Qualifications:
Education:
-Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Skills & Competencies:
-Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
-Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across diverse teams
-Basic understanding of data workflows, system integrations, or digital ecosystems

Experience:
-Prior experience in project coordination or a related role preferred
-Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, analysts, marketing)
-Exposure to SCRUM/Agile frameworks and enterprise-level projects is a plus
