Seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support statewide initiatives by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring projects stay on schedule. This role works closely with project leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This is a REMOTE opportunity. MUST RESIDE in California.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communications
• Track and prepare data for reporting and quality control
• Support planning and execution of meetings, trainings, and events
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Maintain organized project documentation and materials

Qualifications
• Experience in administrative or project coordination roles
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe
• Experience with Airtable and Canva preferred
• Experience hosting virtual meetings (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
• Ability to work effectively in diverse communities
