Growing Government Municipality seeks a Project Coordinator

Be a part of a growing team where you will be supporting
2 engineering directors.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Processing invoices from vendors onsite supporting Engineering.

Ability to break down the invoices, billable hours etc. and submit to accounting for payment. Processing agreements, preparing Task Orders, managing contractor insurances.

Must be detailed with a collaborative personality-Will be interfacing with all levels to get things done. Including: Engineering/Operations/Maintenance/Accounting/Procurement.

Personality Traits: Professional, ability to focus, persevere to get things done-

Collaborative understanding, detail oriented.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar setting/ Engineering, Construction Background preferred…

Great Plaines Experience Ideal, knowledge of MS Office Suite-Great Benefits!
