We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator with a strong background in residential construction. Understanding the residential construction process from pre-construction through completion is a MUST. The ability to read and interpret architectural and construction plans is essential. This role requires effective communication with stakeholders, adherence to timelines, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. This is an office position with minimal field work.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the administration of multiple residential construction projects simultaneously in coordination with the Field Operations and Design/Build teams.
• Budget planning and tracking ensuring adherence to the budget.
• Conduct reviews with clients on budget status.
• Collect and document selections from client/designer ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with Estimator to secure bids for selections.
• Create submittals and RFIs and secure client approval.
• Create and track purchase orders.
• Provide administrative support to the Field Operations team as needed.
• Monitor, review, and ensure proper cost coding of vendor invoices and credit card receipts.
• Maintain detailed and organized digital and physical project data.
• Assemble project closure documentation.
• Submitting building perm applications.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management within the custom residential construction industry.
• Advanced experience in QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop (job costing, billing, and vendor management) is a MUST.
• Expert level Excel Skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and project tracking is a MUST.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans and documents is a MUST.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

• Produces accurate, high-quality deliverables
• Takes ownership and accountability for their performance
