Our client is a Luxury Home Builders based in Fort Worth, TX and is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information
• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, timeframes, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
• Support the project manager and site teams to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in construction or related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in project management software
• Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred
