We are a well-established construction firm based in Anaheim, CA, specializing in commercial. With a commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency, we are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our project management team and help keep our operations running smoothly from planning through closeout.
Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the project management team, subcontractors, and field operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in construction environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project administration and coordination
Prepare, track, and maintain project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, contracts, and permits
Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely information flow
Help maintain project schedules and update timelines as needed
Track material orders and deliveries; coordinate with field teams to ensure site readiness
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Assist in project closeout including documentation, warranties, and punch lists
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and meeting coordination
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a construction or project coordination role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project) is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read and understand basic construction documents and plans
Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
$25–$32 per hour (DOE)
