Project Coordinator

Responsible for coordinating customers’ custom orders, from quoting and order placement to final shipment.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the import business, manufacturing, or promotional/apparel industry

Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized

Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong math, calculation, and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred

Basic Photoshop skills preferred but not required
