A growing telecommunications and data cabling company supporting large national retail accounts across the United States is seeking a highly organized Project Assistant / Project Coordinator. With continuous store rollouts and multi-site projects, the Project Assistant / Project Coordinator will support in-house operations while working closely with a Senior Project Manager.
Responsibilities
• Partner with management and field technicians to establish project objectives, priorities, and deliverables
• Conduct regular project progress reviews and planning sessions
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track project status, timelines, and documentation
• Coordinate outsourcing activities, including scheduling, pricing, and inventory tracking
• Schedule and dispatch field technicians to ensure timely project completion
• Support special projects and operational tasks as needed
• Assist with routine customer service requests and help desk inquiries

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
