Location: Chattanooga Area (Office is not selected - can be as far as Dalton, GA which is 35 minutes from Chattanooga)
Training Required: Santa Rosa, CA (60 days)
Pay: $20-$22
About the Role
A growing telecommunications and data infrastructure services company is seeking a dynamic team player to join its installation and service team. The organization provides comprehensive telecommunications solutions, helping clients maximize their telephone, paging, and data systems.
The company supports telecommunications and data cabling projects for large national retail accounts. With ongoing rollouts and projects taking place at hundreds of stores across the United States, we are looking for a Project Assistant to support project execution and coordination while working closely with a Senior Project Manager.
Please note: The selected candidate will be required to complete approximately 60 days of training in Santa Rosa, California.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with management and technicians to establish project objectives, priorities, and deliverables
Conduct regular progress reviews and planning sessions with team members
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to document and track project activity
Report on outsourcing activities including scheduling, pricing, and inventory management
Schedule and coordinate field technicians to ensure successful project completion
Assist with routine service calls received through the customer help desk
Complete special assignments and additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
