Seeking a project assistant to provide primary support for oversight of assigned projects and processes for their assigned areas/departments. Qualifications:
•Associate's Degree Required
•Proficient in MS Teams, Excel, and Smartsheet – Ability to create trackers and automations.
•Detail oriented and highly organized, strong communication skills
•Process minded – ability to identify ways to work smarter and streamline repetitive tasks
•Self-starter who can manage projects with minimal supervision after vision and expectations are set
•Experienced in navigating SharePoint and PPT
•Ability to collaborate effectively with a primarily field based, remote team and work across time zones
•Familiarity with medical affairs and/or medical liaison work would be a plus, but subject matter expertise not needed
•Clean up and organize current files; build new structure for file and content organization
