Our client, a dynamic full-service architecture and design firm, is seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join their Princeton, NJ office. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed architect with a strong background in project management supporting banking/financial services projects.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage architectural projects from design through construction closeout.
-Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
-Supervise project teams, conduct quality control reviews, and support staff development.
-Act as primary client contact for assigned projects, assisting with client development and ongoing satisfaction.
-Coordinate project budgets, schedules, and documentation, including Revit and construction drawings.
Requirements:
-Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural project management.
-Licensed to practice architecture in any NCARB jurisdiction.
-Strong knowledge of architectural office practices, design development, and documentation.
-Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office.
-Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
-Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Education:
-Professional degree in Architecture.
