What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be the go-to support for construction project teams—keeping everything organized, on track, and moving forward.
Manage and organize project documentation (contracts, RFIs, submittals, drawings, change orders)
Coordinate meetings, site visits, inspections, and communication across teams
Track project schedules, milestones, and material deliveries
Assist with contracts, invoices, budgets, and change orders
Support compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Prepare project reports and proactively flag risks or delays
Work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to keep projects running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
? 6–8 years of project administration experience in construction (General Contractor preferred)
? Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
? Comfortable working with project management systems and documentation
? Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused mindset
? Construction Management or related degree preferred
