We're seeking a Project Administrator to support the construction project teams by managing documentation, coordinating communication, and assisting with scheduling, budgeting, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and organize project documents (contracts, RFIs, submittals, etc.)
- Coordinate communication with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Track schedules, budgets, and milestones
- Support contracts, change orders, and procurement
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and resource management

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of construction project admin experience (GC experience preferred)
- Strong organization, communication, and computer skills
- Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
