As a Project Accountant, you’ll manage project finances, AP/AR, billing, and documentation while working closely with project teams.

What you’ll do:
- Manage accounts payable & receivable, ensuring proper taxes and accurate postings
- Track project costs and reconcile client billings
- Support project managers with contracts, subcontracts, and documentation
- Oversee project financial closeouts, including final payments and documentation
- Act as liaison between project operations, subcontractors, and accounting
What you bring:
- 2+ years construction or project accounting experience (AP/AR)
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with construction contracts preferred
- Strong Excel, Word, Outlook skills; Spectrum a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter with excellent communication and teamwork skills
