Seeking a detail-oriented Project Accountant with construction industry experience to support day-to-day accounting and project administration functions. This role requires hands-on experience with Sage 300 and a strong understanding of construction accounting workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform bank reconciliations, deposit postings, and journal entries
Manage invoice entry, check cutting, and A/P filing
Process tenant billings and monitor receivables
Assist with property tax payment processing and LLC Form 3522 filings (due 4/15)
Support light financial statement reconciliation
Maintain promissory notes and entity agreements
Provide project management administrative support

Qualifications:
Construction industry accounting experience required
Proficiency with Sage 300 required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
