We are seeking a Project Accountant to manage financial reporting and cost tracking for active projects. This role requires prior project-based accounting experience.

Minimum Requirements (Please apply only if you meet all requirements below):

3+ years of project accounting experience

Experience with job costing and project financial reporting

Strong knowledge of GAAP

Proficiency with accounting software and Excel

High attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities:

Track project costs, budgets, and revenue

Prepare project financial reports and forecasts

Support billing, invoicing, and reconciliations

Partner with project managers on financial oversight

Ensure compliance with accounting standards
