What You’ll Do

• Own project-related accounting functions, including cost tracking, accruals, and budget-to-actual analysis.
• Review and process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments tied to capital projects.
• Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and maintain detailed project ledgers.
• Partner with project managers to ensure accurate cost coding and reporting.
• Support month-end close and audit schedules for active projects.
• Track progress billings, retention, and cost variances across multiple projects.
• Provide clear, actionable insights through forecasting and variance analysis.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, ideally in project, cost, or construction accounting.
• Strong working knowledge of GL, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Solid skills in Excel and experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication — you know how to keep things moving and accurate.
