Program Operations Manager – Talent Management (Contract)

6-Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced Program Operations Manager to support core Talent Management programs within a fast-paced tech environment. This is a hands-on role focused on performance management cycles, employee engagement, onboarding operations, and people systems execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Run end-to-end performance management cycles (system setup, testing, launch, reporting, closeout)
Own employee engagement surveys and lifecycle surveys in Qualtrics (REQUIRED)
Manage onboarding and pre-boarding logistics and workflows
Support career frameworks, leveling cycles, and probation processes
Maintain system permissions, data accuracy, and reporting across people systems
Identify and resolve operational risks before they impact employees or managers

Qualifications:

5+ years in HR Operations, Talent Operations, or Program Management
Strong project management skills with experience running recurring operational cycles
Advanced experience with Qualtrics (must-have)
Experience in Tech or Fintech environments strongly preferred
Experience with Workday, Lattice, or Enboarder is a plus

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-visibility environment.
