What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
· 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or a related field.
· Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and process modeling techniques.
· Strong business process analysis and documentation skills.
· Ability to identify automation opportunities and design AI-ready processes.
· Analytical thinking with the ability to evaluate complex workflows, data, and business needs.
· Ability to translate business requirements into structured process designs, decision logic, and implementation recommendations.
· Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
· Experience managing multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
· Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
· Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
· Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
· Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

Objectives of this role
· Conduct detailed business process mapping and documentation, emphasizing automation opportunities and AI/agent-based enablement.
· Translate business process insights into structured requirements, decision points, and inputs that support automation and AI-driven solutions.
· Design and recommend optimized processes and workflows that improve efficiency, productivity, and customer and employee experiences.
· Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on process changes and implement process improvement initiatives.
· Evaluate end-to-end processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
· Support the design of scalable, repeatable business processes that enable automation and intelligent workflow execution.
· Facilitate stakeholder alignment and adoption of process improvements through effective communication and influence.
· Monitor implemented solutions and recommend enhancements based on performance outcomes and business needs.
· Contribute to the development and refinement of processes, systems, and automation-enabled products.
