We’re seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee complex programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and serve as a key point of contact for external stakeholders. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who can manage contracts, schedules, financial tracking, compliance, and program risks in a structured environment.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Manage program schedules, milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders

• Coordinate cross-functional activities to support successful program execution

• Monitor contracts, compliance requirements, risks, costs, and timelines

• Prepare program updates, reports, and executive-level communications

• Support financial tracking, invoicing, reconciliation, and cost reporting

• Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies

• Maintain accurate program documentation and support audit readiness



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field

• Proven program or project management experience

• MUST have experience in a manufacturing, production, or aviation environment

• Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools such as MS Project

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

• High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail
