Description:
The Director is responsible for the management and oversight of the of the program, including current and future services. Drive key strategic initiatives in alignment with the organization’s values and goals while operating in accordance with the approved budget and state regulations. Ensure all regulatory and compliance expectations are met and lead the team with an unparalleled commitment to customer service, client satisfaction, and quality through continuous training, talent management, and performance measurement.

Requirements:
-Knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to social services such as confidentiality, HIPAA, and mandated reporting.
-Strong fiscal management and performance management skills and experience.
-Ability to adapt to a changing technical environment and use technology for efficient and accurate work.
-Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
-Ability to work under deadlines and utilize independent decision-making skills in a wide variety of situations.
-Experience with implementing and/or maintaining high quality customer service standards.
-Proficient with operating and utilizing a Customer Relationship Management/Case Management platform

Qualifications:
-Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related field or have 5+ five years’ experience managing a social program department’s entire operation, including employee recruitment, training, and daily activities. At least 2 of those years must be as a food service supervisor.
- 2 -4 years of experience working in social service field or relevant field.
- 3 - 4 years of progressively responsible experience in a supervisory or managerial role in social services, customer service centered, or relatable field.
