Growing and Dynamic Non-Profit organization is looking to hire (10) Program Coordinator's in 90043 and 90056

**Looking for people with previous experience working in non-profits, grants/fundraising, social services, child development, social justice, community-based organizations, housing, job training, education, or similar industries**

Job Duties:
1.Answer incoming calls from calling queue and accurately gather information and documentation to assess client program eligibility for programs and services
2.Accurately enter family data into the database and enroll people from the list onto the program based on state guidelines, as required
3.Implements needs assessment process, consolidates the results, develops appropriate recommendations in response to the expressed needs of clients.
4.Share information with individuals regarding resources, program options, sources of professional and parental support, and ways of accessing resources within the community.
5.Link clients with services such as health, disabilities, nutrition, social services/mental health, and family engagement services.
6.Conducts informational workshops, training programs, forums or seminars and initiates collaborative ventures with external social service agencies for clients.
7.Networks with key community organizations and agencies to provide parent training in developing life skills, including parenting, income generation/entrepreneurship, improvement of communication skills, literacy, mental and physical health care, financial planning, and resolving conflicts or violence.
8.Recommends specific procedures for responding to emergency needs of clients, works with existing community agencies and resources to design and implement an effective emergency needs response system.
9.Identifies and explores cooperative relationships community resources and agencies that provide employment/job skills training, job placement, on-the-job training opportunities, apprenticeships, and job preparation activities.
10.Coordinates with center staff to integrate family partnership/engagement goals with classroom efforts and to ensure integrated child and family curriculum
11.Recruits prospective families and assists with enrollment process
12.Works cooperatively with local agencies to assists clients to linkup with services in the local community.
13.Assists with the completion of the child health screening, other required screens and assessments and is familiar with referral requirements; participates in chart audits and profile development
14.Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
1.Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
2. High school diploma/GED

1.Strong time management and organizational skills
2.Excellent written and oral communications skills
3.Excellent customer service skills and experience with a diverse client base
4.Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
5.Ability to apply program guidelines and follow procedures
6.Ability to work independently and demonstrate follow-through on assignments.
7.Ability to accurate document, analyze, and display data and reports, along with communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written forms.
