Job Summary: Program Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish Required)
Salary: $54,000 – $65,000

A non-profit organization is seeking a Bilingual Program Coordinator (Spanish/English) to support its Local and Mobile Clinic Programs under the supervision of the Director of Local and Domestic Programs. This full-time position plays a key role in coordinating clinic operations, data reporting, patient communication, and community outreach across Santa Barbara County.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support for local and mobile vision clinics
Schedule and confirm appointments; serve as a patient liaison and interpreter when needed
Assist with patient care, EHR data entry, glasses fitting, and clinic logistics
Represent the non-profit at health fairs and community events
Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth clinic operations
Track program data, assist with audits, and order supplies
Travel locally (up to 20%) for mobile unit support and farm visits
Requirements:
Associate’s degree or 5 years’ experience in nonprofits, healthcare, or medical clinics
Fluency in Spanish is required
Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with EHR systems (REV EHR a plus)
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and travel within Santa Barbara County
Must be organized, proactive, and passionate about improving access to care
Work Environment:
Primarily in-office/clinic with one potential remote day post-training
