We’re looking for a Professional Accountant who is passionate about precision, energized by deadlines, and ready to make a measurable impact.

What You’ll Do
• Record revenue transactions in full compliance with ASC 606
• Support month-end close activities, including:
o Manual billings
o Adjustments
o Oracle uploads
o AR reconciliations
o Financial analysis
• Prepare monthly financial statements and ad hoc reporting
• Monitor AR aging and escalate collection issues as needed

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 1–3 years of general or operational accounting experience (large company/high-volume environment preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of billing experience
• Ability to read and interpret billable contracts (highly desired)
• Experience with Oracle Financial Systems (highly preferred)
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tables, queries, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Experience with system conversions or client implementations
