A well-established and growing manufacturing company in Fremont, CA is seeking a Production Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role supports the conformal coating and encapsulation of printed circuit board assemblies in a clean, detail-focused production environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare printed circuit boards for conformal coating using appropriate masking materials.
- Mask and de-mask circuit boards according to drawings, process documentation, and instructions.
- Perform staking, potting, coating, and related production tasks as directed.
- Use tweezers, small hand tools, and microscopes to handle delicate electronic components.
- Operate or assist with automated dispensing and coating equipment as needed.
- Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and production guidelines.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $22 to $23 per hour.
- Employment type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Fremont, CA 94539.
- Prepare PCB assemblies for conformal coating, masking, de-masking, potting, and staking.
- Work with small and delicate components using tweezers, hand tools, and microscopes.
- Follow production drawings, work instructions, and quality documentation.
- Support daily manufacturing output in a detail-oriented assembly environment.
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with very small components.
- Ability to work under a microscope for detailed assembly or production tasks.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to read and understand basic drawings, diagrams, or process instructions.
- Willingness to follow ISO9001, AS9100, and other quality standards.
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or electronics experience is helpful, but no experience is required for candidates who are reliable and willing to learn.
- Must be able to work overtime as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PCB conformal coating and encapsulation.
- Experience with masking and de-masking circuit boards.
- Experience using tweezers, microscopes, or precision hand tools.
- Previous experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, or clean production environments.
