Job Summary

We are hiring a Production Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established and growing manufacturing company in Fremont, CA. This role supports specialized production work involving printed circuit board assemblies, conformal coating, masking, de-masking, potting, and related assembly processes.

This is a great opportunity for candidates who are detail-oriented, patient, and comfortable working with small components. Candidates with strong dexterity and a willingness to learn can be successful in this role, even without prior production experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare printed circuit boards for conformal coating using proper masking materials.
- Mask and de-mask circuit boards according to drawings, process documentation, and instructions.
- Perform staking, potting, and coating tasks as trained and assigned.
- Use small hand tools, tweezers, and microscopes to handle delicate components.
- Operate or assist with automated dispensing and coating equipment as needed.
- Follow quality procedures and maintain accuracy in a clean production environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $22 to $23 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Overtime is required.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Prepare, mask, and de-mask printed circuit board assemblies for coating processes.
- Perform detailed production work involving small and delicate components.
- Follow drawings, work instructions, and quality documentation.
- Support conformal coating, potting, staking, and related assembly operations.

- Excellent hand dexterity and ability to work with tweezers and small components.
- Comfortable working under a microscope for detailed production tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions.
- Ability to read and understand basic printed circuit board drawings or production documentation.
- Ability to follow ISO9001, AS9100, and other quality standards as instructed.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work required overtime.
- No prior experience required, but 1 to 2 years of manufacturing, assembly, or electronics production experience is helpful.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with PCB conformal coating, encapsulation, potting, staking, or masking.
- Previous experience in electronics manufacturing, components manufacturing, semiconductor manufacturing, or assembly line production.
- Experience using microscopes, tweezers, small tools, or precision hand assembly techniques.
