We are seeking a dependable Production Worker for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Santa Barbara, CA. This role supports day-to-day manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment where quality, safety, teamwork, and efficiency are essential.
The Production Worker will help operate equipment, assemble products, inspect finished work, package materials, and support general warehouse and production needs. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience who are looking to build long-term skills with a stable and team-oriented workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment according to work instructions and safety procedures.
- Perform assembly, fabrication, packaging, material handling, and general production tasks.
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
- Follow production schedules, complete documentation, and maintain accurate production records.
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance or quality concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area using 5S practices.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $18 to $24 per hour, depending on experience.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time.
- Overtime and weekends may be required.
- Job Type: Temp-to-hire.
- Operate manufacturing equipment and support daily production operations.
- Perform assembly, packaging, fabrication, and material handling tasks.
- Conduct quality inspections and maintain production documentation.
- Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and production schedules.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred in manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse environments.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, technical documents, or blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to identify or report equipment issues.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials safely as required.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and manufacturing best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or material handling role.
- Familiarity with 5S practices, quality inspection processes, and production documentation.
- Experience using hand tools, production equipment, or basic measuring tools.
- Ability to support inventory, shipping, receiving, or warehouse duties as needed.
