Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Worker for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Westlake Village, CA within a consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on production, packaging, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience who is ready to take the next step with a stable company.
The Production Worker will support daily manufacturing operations across blending, encapsulation, bottling, packaging, shipping, sanitation, documentation, and quality processes. Key Responsibilities
- Weigh ingredients accurately and blend or culture products according to SOP procedures.
- Operate or support encapsulation machines, banding machines, bottling lines, and related production equipment.
- Assist with packaging, shipping, processing raw materials, record keeping, and production documentation.
- Follow Drug Good Manufacturing Practices, hygienic procedures, safety requirements, and quality measures.
- Clean and sanitize encapsulation, banding, blending, culturing, bottling, and shipping areas as required.
- Flex between production, shipping, freeze drying, and other operational areas based on daily business needs.

- Pay range: $22 to $24 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support production operations including blending, culturing, encapsulation, banding, bottling, packaging, and shipping.
- Follow daily production or shipping schedules while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Perform cleaning, sanitation, documentation, and operational support tasks.
- Assist with equipment operation, basic operational maintenance, and safety system performance.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant production, manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or similar hands-on experience.
- Ability to follow SOPs, hygienic procedures, quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Strong attention to detail when weighing ingredients, documenting work, and handling raw materials or finished products.
- Ability to work effectively with team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Flexibility to move between departments and support changing daily production needs.
- Reliable work habits, safety awareness, and a commitment to maintaining clean, organized work areas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer packaged goods, food, supplement, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments.
- Prior experience with encapsulation, bottling, blending, packaging, freeze drying, or shipping operations.
- Familiarity with production documentation, batch records, sanitation procedures, and quality control practices.
