Production Workers – Fillers & Assembly (2nd Shift)
Location: Oxnard, CA
Pay Rate:Up to $22 per hour
Schedule: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (Shift may fluctuate depending on company needs)

We are seeking reliable Production Workers / Product Filling Operators to join our team. This role involves working with filling machines, handling flavoring compounds, packaging, labeling, and assembly tasks. Candidates must have a stable work history and be comfortable working in a food-grade production environment.

Keys to Hire
- Previous experience in assembly, production, packaging, or similar roles preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Stable work history is required.
- Candidates with prior experience at ColourPop often excel in this position.

Responsibilities
- Operate small filling machines to stage production.
- Fill flavoring compounds into smaller 2.2 lb containers.
- Unbox, label, and package products.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety and PPE guidelines.

No jewelry (bands without stones are acceptable).

No earrings, necklaces, fake nails, or nail polish.

Nails must be short and trimmed.

Must have no food allergies (role involves contact with peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, soy, milk, wheat).

Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled room (60–70°F).

Ability to work around loud noises (filling lines, mixers, compressors).

Occasionally handle strong products (e.g., habanero, jalapeño, almond). PPE provided.
