Production Utility Operator (Entry-Level | Growth Opportunity)

5 days x 8-hour shifts
4 days x 10-hour shifts
What You’ll Be Doing:
Support production and packaging operations on the line
Rotate between different stations to build skills and avoid repetitive work
Fill, stage, and prepare products for shipment
Track production data for inventory accuracy
Assist with machine setup and basic operations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable and consistent attendance
Strong time management and ability to stay on task
Team player who can also work independently when needed
Problem-solver mindset, someone who notices issues and speaks up
Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance
Comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the shift
Basic math and communication skills
Willingness to learn equipment and processes (forklift training available)
Must pass a pre-employment screening
Work Environment:
Active production setting with temperature changes (hot/cold depending on area)
Physical role involving standing, lifting, bending, and moving throughout the day
