Job Title: Production Technician – Antigen Manufacturing
Contract: Temporary
Location: De Soto, KS
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Production Technician. This role supports antigen manufacturing operations within a vaccine production environment, focusing on both upstream and downstream processing activities. Key responsibilities include cleaning, sterilizing, and preparing production equipment using steam/sterilization methods, as well as supporting fermentation and processing workflows for bacterial antigens.

Schedule & Pay:
• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Pay rate: $20/hr

Recruiting/Retention Bonus – Up to $1,000 Total
This role offers a performance and retention-based bonus designed to reward both your successful start and continued commitment:
• $500 after 2 weeks of employment
• $500 after 90 days of continuous employment
This means you can earn an additional $1,000 on top of your hourly pay simply by joining the team and staying engaged through key milestones. This incentive supports new hires during onboarding and recognizes reliability in a highly regulated, critical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
• Clean, sterilize, and prepare production equipment using steam and other aseptic/sterilization methods
• Support upstream and downstream antigen processing activities within vaccine manufacturing
• Assist in fermentation and processing of bacterial antigens (M. hyo focus)
• Unbox, handle, and stage single-use materials and production supplies
• Operate pallet jacks to move materials throughout the warehouse/production area
• Assist with equipment setup, preparation, and line readiness for production runs
• Maintain cleanroom, warehouse, and production areas through routine cleaning and housekeeping
• Support preparation and sterilization of media components and processing equipment
• Follow strict aseptic procedures to prevent contamination in sterile environments

Requirements:
• Ability to follow strict documentation standards (Good Documentation Practices)
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in execution
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable working in a labor-intensive, regulated manufacturing environment
• Flexibility to support multiple tasks across production and warehouse areas as needed
